• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days

• Non-metro cities & remote areas: 4–8 business days

• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, location, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999

• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable for orders below ₹999

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use it to check the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time or shows as delivered but hasn’t been received:
